Pamela Morris-Thornton is a human resources professional with over thirteen years of experience. She currently serves as the Corporate Manager of Human Resources for Panera, where she provides guidance to employees in the execution of Human Resources policies and practices in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and administration.
 
Prior to her current position, she has held various hr positions with Smurfit Stone, Metro, Graybar and the State of Missouri.  She is a member of the National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources, Society for Human Resources Management, and a Kingdom House Volunteer. She also currently serves as second vice-president of the East St. Louis Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and is a former board member of Webster University’s Alumni Association.

Pamela holds a Masters of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech Pathology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.  She resides in St. Louis city with her husband Byron, and their daughter Addison (4) and son Dallas (2).
