Pat is Vice President of Operations for Behavioral Health Response (BHR) & BHR Worldwide.   BHR is a professionally staffed, technologically sophisticated, accredited clinical call center.  BHR provides expert behavioral health, crisis response, and corporate feedback services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to agencies and companies worldwide.

Pat has been a human resources professional for 15 years.   She began her Human Resources career by offering Human Resource Generalist experience to small businesses through her company The Coleman Group.   In 1997 she joined BHR as Manager of Human Resources; promoted to Director of HR and then Vice President of HR.   In her current role as Vice President of Operations she is responsible overseeing HR, Training & Development and Call Center operations.   Pat has worked in the non-profit sector, government agencies, and business corporate environments.

Pat received her undergraduate in Business Administration from St. Louis University and an MBA from Fontbonne University.

Pat is a member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, Society for Human Resources Management (national and local chapters) and Urban League of Greater St. Louis Employment Committee.   Pat serves as Board Member for Diversity Awareness Partnership (DAP) and City of St. Louis Workforce Investment Board .
