Tiffani Cage

Tiffani received her B.A. in Psychology from Saint Louis University and her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in the same field from Saint Louis University. Tiffani is originally from Arkansas and most recently from Johannesburg South Arica, where her family still resides.

In her current position, Tiffani has primary responsibility for developing and ensuring successful exucution of the performance management strategy for Express Scripts. She works closely with Human Resources and business leaders to design and develop performance management tools, techniques and resources.

Tiffani has served as Treasurer for NAAAHR since 2006. Her goals as Vice President of Finance for the 2008 – 2010 Executive Board include:

• To increase our decision-making capability by creating effective and efficient accounting practices, procedures, and initiatives such as quarterly financial report presentation and recommendations.
  
• To show a yearly increase of at least 5% by effectively managing the allocation and investment of funds.
