LaMarcus Bolton
is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program for Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Saint Louis University (SLU), where he earned a M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a Research Methodology concentration. Prior to his graduate studies at SLU, he attended there for his undergraduate studies, earning his B.A. in Psychology (summa cum laude) with human resource and African American Studies concentrations.
LaMarcus's consulting experience is focused around organizational assessment, assessment for selection and development, market research, 360° feedback, program evaluation, and strategic planning. Through his firm, Ambivista LLC, as well as through other roles, he has consulted in multiple industries, including public and privately held for profit and not-for-profit organizations.
LaMarcus remains active in the academic community, where he actively researches issues around stress, burnout, workplace deviance, organizational identification, and the work-life interface, which has resulted in several academic presentations and publications. He also serves on the executive committee for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources’ (NAAAHR) Saint Louis Chapter, where he fulfills work as the association’s Chief Information Officer. He is also a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
