The Greater St. Louis Chapter of NAAAHR has two major areas of focus - (1) member skill development and enhancement and (2) community outreach.  We seek to continue developing our members through individualized and chapter-wide learning.  We strive to increase our visibility and branding in the community by collaboratiions with community, professional, and corporate organizations.

Mission (what we want to do) - To provide resources for African Americans to become successful Human Resource professionals in the St. Louis area through best practice sharing, HR skill enhancement, mentoring and networking.

Vision (who we want to be) - To become the most recognized and sought after professional association and resource for African American Human Resource professionals in the St. Louis region.
