NAAAHR is a dynamic and growing organization which exists to provide a forum where African American Human Resource professionals can gain information and experience, share best practices, and network. In addition, we seek to provide leadership and guidance on issues affecting your individual career, and the quality of work/life for other African Americans, while promoting the Human Resources profession. Additionally, we seek to collaborate and share our expertise with community organizations, professional associations and corporations seeking to diverse applicant sourcing and best practices sharing.

Additionally, we delivered
Development Sessions as well as
Mentoring Pairs and a study group for the
SHRM certification.
It’s been a busy year and very fruitful for our participants and 2011 will build upon on strategic development and networking.
It is my sincere hope that you will join me in 2011 to ensure our strategic programming reaches as many HR professionals as possible.
While we are an African American HR organization, our membership and programming is open and inclusive of all HR professionals and constituents.
