Greetings to current and prospective members!

Welcome to the Greater St. Louis Chapter website for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR). It is with great pleasure and honor that I introduce and share information with you about the chapter and what we’re doing.

NAAAHR is a dynamic and growing organization which exists to provide a forum where African American Human Resource professionals can gain information and experience, share best practices, and network. In addition, we seek to provide leadership and guidance on issues affecting your individual career, and the quality of work/life for other African Americans, while promoting the Human Resources profession.

As Chapter President, I want to share our two major areas of focus – (1) member skill development and enhancement and (2) community outreach. As a chapter, we will seek to provide development at every touch-point for our members. In addition, we want to be a resource for community organizations, professional associations, and corporations regarding diverse applicant sourcing, best practice sharing, and community partnering.
